CONTRACTOR SCREENING

Before continuing with the Diamond Elite Maids contractor onboarding process, applicants are required to pay a:

$65 Contractor Screening & Onboarding Fee

This fee helps cover applicable third-party background screening, identity verification, document processing, and contractor onboarding costs.

Please understand:

The $65 fee is required to continue with the contractor screening process.
Payment does not guarantee approval as a Diamond Elite Maids contractor.
Payment does not guarantee customer assignments, income, hours, or future work.
All applicants must complete the required screening and onboarding process.
Diamond Elite Maids will initiate the background screening after the required fee has been received.
Your background screening will be completed through our designated secure screening provider.
You will receive separate instructions from the screening provider when your screening has been initiated.
Sensitive background-screening information should be provided directly to the secure screening provider and not through this GHL form, text message, or regular email.
Additional information or documentation may be requested before your contractor application is approved.

I understand that the $65 Contractor Screening & Onboarding Fee is required to continue with the Diamond Elite Maids contractor screening and onboarding process. I understand that payment does not guarantee approval or contractor assignments.

Complete Your Screening & Onboarding Payment

Your payment must be completed before Diamond Elite Maids can initiate your background screening.

Your background screening will be initiated by Diamond Elite Maids after your payment has been received. Once your screening has been initiated, you will receive an email directly from our secure background screening provider with instructions to complete the required screening process.
